Recertify every year
Each year, the CPUC verifies eligibility, either automatically or by mail. Failure to respond may result in loss of benefits.
Keep your company up-to-date
Update Sequoia Wireless within 30 days of address changes, disqualification, or duplicate household benefits.
One discount per household
Only one California LifeLine line per household (people living together and sharing income/expenses).
Use it or lose it
Use your service every 30 days, or you'll receive a 15-day notice before your service is turned off and you must reapply. Be honest on your application and forms
